The room was cozy and we found it to be comfortable after we got a second suitcase rack set up. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful.

The next day we had to go to Picadilly Station to get our London Bus Pass which we ordered before we Left the USA. It allow us to ride the London transportation system for four days for one flat fee. It was a great way to get around, and we used it alot. This was quite a walk from our hotel.

We arrived in London after circling a few time because another plane had had a mishap on the tarmac and then their was a medical emergcncy on our plane and we were asked to stay in our seats while the EMTs got the ill passenger off. We arrived at Customs at 4:30pm GMT, The tour company (Trafalgar) provide a voucher for Hotel Links shuttle to take us to the Jury's Clifton Ford Hotel in London. Of course there are no signs to indicate how you get on the shuttle, after asking at a few different counters we found the check-in counter and were told there would be a bus to take us to London and our Hotel. Of course we would have to drop off four other passengers before we were dropped off. Then the bus driver says he's new and hasn't been to our hotel before and he is having a problem with the map, I find the street address on the map and show him where it is. 6:30p we arrive at the hotel, our room is Cozy and on the street side (front) of the hotel.
